David
Ah... I did as instructed, but this offer is not as simple as advertised, I talked with a Costumer Support Agent and they first said that the 30$ offer did not exist anymore just in order to make me deposit. After that I insisted a bit further, and they admitted that they are holding that offer, but they demanded a Credit Card number, which I don't feel comfortable in giving even if I had a CC. I mean... it's a free offer right? Plus no other broker has ever asked me for a CC for a Free offer. Here is the transcript of the chat: You are now chatting with 'Mazen' Mazen: hi Mazen: how are you? David: hello Mazen, I have been told about the 30$ no deposit bonus to try binary options through this broker David: is this promotion still available? Mazen: no..but we have new promotions now.. Mazen: 200$-999% 50%bonus Mazen: 1000 and up 100% bonus Mazen: and you can ask for tips..help on how to trade and on what Mazen: if you join our v i p account you cn ask you account manager to trade for you if you are busy David: The promotion was... David: I mean, it was advertised a few hours ago by http://binaryoptionsnodeposit.com David: how come it ended so fast Mazen: aha the new one..that you can take if you give me a valid credit card number David: OH, requires a credit card? David: I guessed it would require documents David: But not credit card David: I only have debit card David: so I guess I can't take it right? David: Online I only use bank wire and paypal Mazen: so if you are really interested on trading invest now get a big bonus.. Mazen: 30$ is only 1 trade it wont do you much and you cant take i Mazen: t David: I know I can't take it David: I just wanted to try Mazen: only if you give me a cc no Mazen: or as i told you..deposit and get a very big bonus Mazen: and a bonus for the next 15 min..if you deposit i will give you a 100% Mazen: on any deopsit that you make David: oh ok I see, I just wanted to try binary for the first time David: because I have been trading spot forex for the past 3 years Mazen: you casn try with the bonus i give you David: and I didn't really bother much with binary Mazen: put 500 get 500 David: But this offer from binaryoptionsnodeposit.com didn't mention any credit card number Mazen: its that easy David: Sure, so sorry to take your time Mazen: so not interested? David: I explained what my interest was David: I am interested in the offered advertised on binaryoptionsnodeposit.co Mazen: ok..sir have a lovely day David: But thanks for the interesting chat, I will post it on the forum Thanks for considering people of the forum. David
And this is what I replied: I already stated that I was interested in trying Binary Options trading with your broker after I heard about the 30$ no deposit offer at: http://binaryoptionsnodeposit.com/traderxp-binary-options-broker-30-deposit-exclusive-bonus-50-deposit-bonus/#comment-83 Since I was less than satisfied with the support line I was given I am not interested in depositing as of now for the following reasons: 1) Was lied about the offer not being available as a simple cheesy sales tactic in order to make me skip the offer. 2) A CC is demanded for the offer which was never asked from me by any broker, specially since I don't even use CC for free offers. Thanks for considering
David
A Custumer Support Representative has called me yesterday to clarify this issue, he has credited the amount of the offer into my account. Everything is cool now and was solved with ease.
