There is no country restriction. There is also a section for uploading pictures and you can also earn from here. Payments are made with paypal. Yeah, it is very high amount for any video, furthermore, i don`t think they will give anyone 400$ for any video even the video is awesome but 400$ is very much as my point of view, so it is better leave it alone. It has no referral system. http://www.break.com This site is too good to be true, we earn a very big amount of money just for uploading videos, I don't think this is real even the famous youtube don't give this kind of amount.
