No sites can exist long when it paying with rate that they have given in this time. Under no circumstance can this program offer so much high interest and its definitely going to turn scam after a few weeks. Having a waiting status on a monitor indicates how much of a unstable plan this actually is and investing here is just wasting your money and nothing else.
