Well that is the right approach in my opinion. People should not force themselves to trade everyday and should focus on trading when they find a profitable trading signal which does not always occur.

A foreign currency exchange trader needs to trade according to his trading requirements. A 24 hours market does not necessarily mean that a forex trader will trade for the entire day. Rather a forex trader can conduct proper due diligence to take trading decisions wisely. Nevertheless, a currency exchange trader can just trade for adequate timing and it can even help him to ensure comfortable trading without taking excess pressures.
