Lately I've been using Russian PTC's, due to their decent earnings and generally instant withdrawals, but lately I've seen some sites with the on-site text garbled up.

For example, I see:

Äîáðî ïîæàëîâàòü íà Bissnes BUX! Î÷åíü íàäååìñÿ, ÷òî âàì çäåñü ïîíðàâèòñÿ. Íà Bissnes BUX âû ñìîæåòå "ðàñêðóòèòüñÿ".

Instead of:

VIP promotion — уникальное место! Здесь собраны самые простые и легальные методы заработка реальных денег. Мы платим вам за просмотр сайтов наших рекламодателей, за чтение писем и выполнение несложных заданий.

(Text from different sites, but just to show the difference).

I've been thinking that if they're some non-russian site - despite .ru domain - but then again, I think OSX should not have issue with any language.

Any ideas? Using OSX 10.6.8 with Chrome 16.

I don’t know what sites you have to work with but everything that I ordered from the British web development agency always worked perfectly. Have you forgotten to put an additional library for languages on the site? You could read more about how professional developers do this. Just look at the portfolio.
