Of course it's just BS. He most likely sends you back some advertising text, which has link to ClickBank or similar site that has something you need to purchase in order to "start reaping massive income without doing anything", while he gets the commission. And in the product, you're basically told to do the same for others. That's MLM for you.

Even before I saw @Pinay's post, I envisaged it could be that. Well if it guarantees what it says, then it is wise for those who think they can afford to do it to take advantage of it.
