Well, they're just up-and-coming since they only have one ad - their own promotion - so better give this one some time. The rates are quite the standard, so ultimately the total amount of ads, their value and the monthly membership fee will decide if the site is really worth it. Hopefully we'll see one legit site in the swamp of scammers.

 

But as this is already fourth day of the site, I find it weird for it not to have any promos, messages form admin and still relying on the basic template.

I think this originates largely from that the admin think that they open the site and just see paying members and loads of advertisers just roll in without any participation form their behalf. Admin need to constantly work on their site and on its advertising outside of the site itself for months after the launch, and if everything goes well, eventually they'll reach the stage where the whole thing kinda rolls on its own weight.
