This is good. Their contest is an interesting one. But what do you mean 5 monthly drawings. And it seems that this site does only contests.

Offer few contest to attract more member join but the prizes is not high indeed, and its reasonable because this site is pure traffic exchange site and the main program offered is traffic exchange.

This program can be used to earn some advertising for your link/site,

but i dont think one can really make good money using surf contests/and referal contests as top referer gets only 1$ and top surfer also get highest 1$,

which is not going to make any good money, and payout of 15$ looks to be too high in this program.
