I agree that usually hyip keep paying unti they reach their target a bigger deposit. But this differs how much money is enough/desired and if admin has spend total 1000$ on site and promotion he would not go until he get at lest 2000$ but those which buy a cheap script for 10$ and spend only 10$ on domain and host may even runaway with 100$ only.

So this program is very high risk. I would better avoid. I dont believe they the site really has DDOS protection and even if they have it would be cheap quality.
