Guest Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I have noticed that many monitors have listed this site on their top RCB list, but the program is not loading here from my end, there is a message, as following : Delete install.php file for security reason please! when I tried to access this site and it's been few hours now that there is no change except than this message I get but not the site accessible.

I have seen the hyip monitors that invest and monitors this hyip. I have seen 8 hyip seals in the rating page three of them invested 200 dollars and just started.
