The homepage of the this PTC says that it is still in a "Pre Launch Stage". But the PTC already has more than 2000 members. There is an offer of free Premium upgrade for the first 20000 members but for sure, the click rate for this membership is the same as that of Standard members.

even it said that they are pre launch site but i see they already paid $1, the strange things that i cannot see any payment proof of that $1. but i think the promo already over since they have about 2000 members now, it tooks about 100 days more for us to reach minimum payout based on my own calculation

I don't believe the paid amount shown in the stats unless i see payment proofs.Sometimes it can be just a fake amount to let visitors know that the admin started paying.We must wait for payment proofs and the reason this site has got a large number of members is because admin is going to reward members who gain the most referrals,its 5000$.
