this ptc site has reached more than 4000 members in short time , that is means that this ptc site is attractive . for me I do not see that because the minimum payout is high $4 and the rates are just 0.005 per click for the free members , so why this site reached these numbers of members in short time ??

Their rates are quite downlow indeed, with free members earning only $0.02 daily, and upgraded earning $0.086. Even with the lowest $2 minimum PO that's not attractive at all. And given that they haven't run (any public) competitions or promotions on the site, it's very weird to see that they do indeed have over 4000 registered members. I really can't see any reason to join this site, but apparently their advertising campaign(s) have been huge success.

I guess this site gone scam completely, there have been 7 days and no payout made.I have not joined this site since it never looked promising to me.I hope admin will at least give some explanation for delaying payouts in case he is honest.
