Sorry, But That site is one of the worst ptc websites that i have ever seen,

0.0003 Per Click, That men you will reach the minimum in 1 or 2 Years

I wonder why there are alot of ptc sites started recently by paying using Euro currency . this site gives 0.01 Euro and that is good rate per click . but the minimum payout is unreasonable $10 .

Don't really have answer to that. Maybe the admin is located in Europe, and dealing with EUR is more familiar to him that USD. But earning in EUR is actually better, since EUR is currently 1,32 USD.

 

And their minimum PO is just €1, not €10 as stated in the OP. This is very reasonable PO minimum.

However, their rates are utter garbage, and even the most upgraded "V.I.P." members can earn €0.0024 daily - this makes no sense at all! The admin is looking to get very big cut when he offers €1/1000 clicks, yet only pays €0.0002 per click.

 

This site is not worth anyones time - unless the admin notices that the lack of members springs from the fact of extremely bad click rate, and goes to bump it up a lot.
