yenney611 Posted February 10, 2012 Share Posted February 10, 2012 this site is no difference with the other PTC sites. it is just very unusual not to have any payment rate in the referral. which for me means, we dont need referrals at all in this type of PTC because it will still be useless because we will still not be paid if we may have one referral.
