I already received warning two times for making thread which i could not found but exist. Anyway few spam post does not make the fourm worst while there are lot of good posts and nice activity. I always report any posted that seems spam, and double thread.. Don't know the admin proceed it or not. But I always joined on the conversation that I know and want to know. And I think we know which post that consider to spam post.. and I'm sure every PTP forum never accepted spammer. The admin make rules, but if the admin can't handle it alone than the members should help by reported all spam posts to the moderator or admin.. Beside if you posted only about ask a question that you can find out in the FAQ of the site, I think it can be considered to spam post Maybe it happened just because lazy or to chasing posts.
