As I am writing this post, this PTC only has 32 members. I think, this is because of the high minimum cash out amount. And the admin did not even bother to offer free upgrades.

It is really difficult to predict this site,its completely inactive at the moment,we can easily make this out from the stats and the layout of this site.Admin needs to configure everything and launch the site.Upon offering some good deals i am sure it will get good number of clickers.

i have run through this site and i saw that the members is hardly a 100 and i couldnt find the details that a person to register in the site. unlike the other site that the payment rate per click and so on is being reveal and so members or the new registered will have the chance to review on the payment rates.

I guess we have no choice but to open an account and be active so that we going to find the stats. Or we can ask the author of this thread how he know about the site rate. In this way we can find out how we going to check the site rate. But I guess he joined the site that's why he know the rate.
