Because I have an experience before that a ptc site runs for two years and it still in prelaunch stage. Its already turn to scam and its still in prelaunch stage. lols. In any site its the payments processors that is a lifeline of a site. Imagine an online store that don't have payments processor yet how can they sell. Right now I prefer to use paypal than to use AP as I can withdraw my money form paypal to my bank but I can't do that in my AP.
