The site is back to operation and it has faced a server problem.

 

Yesterday the site has also added alertpay to its payment processor and now uses all three payment processor to pay its members

When I checked the site click rates varies from $0.002 - $0.001. And there is confusion for me regarding minimum payout. The thread says $2 but when I checked TOS it mentions that we could request payout when we reach $1. I hope to get clarification from those who signed up in this site.
