I can not understand the language used on this site either,

Though i understand it gives 500 free hits to join,

but it would really be difficult to keep active on this forum due to language.

I doubt the website hadnt any license,when I access to the site,the broswer remind that the site had a false license.So,I even cant open the page of site.Bad site!

I didn't find any features as it display in different language, I also have found it might be for only USA. ( I have seen the USA flag). The designation is in very simple form. Hope it may change the language as well.
