I'm not saying it's a bad EA. I have just seen the mentality of its creators, and that concerns me a little. They have demonstrated their commitment to their customers by taking matters a little too far in an effort to keep their money. I just hope they treat their remaining customers with a little more dignity. Now they have a "spot" on their record with these forum threads that could have easily been avoided by being a little more civil about it and refunding only one customer's investment. That is called good business.
