This is very clear and makes me confused to join in linksfieldbux Try to read it again. the 1.5 cents per click is up to. that means you can earn up to 1.5 cents per click. While the 0.25 cents per post is the minimum amount that you can earn. So in short the rate per click is between 0.25 cents to 1.50 cents range. But the minimum to cashout is 1 dollar AP.
