Indian/Asian currency exchangers needed for partnership

Anybody in India have a technocash.com account (or ecoin.cc) and sell liberty reserve there locally? I am starting a voucher system that can be exchanged into anything, you could sell our vouchers directly to customers at whatever markup rate you want. just have to figure out how we can exchange funds afterwards the cheapest way possible.

 

Could maybe do it through nxpay as well, they are connected to Indian banks and do transactions in real time.

 

It would work like this:

 

You advertise our voucher, set markup rate of whatever you want

example: $100 voucher sold for $107-$115 or something.

 

Customer pays you, then you send us $100.

 

We can then exchange the voucher into anything (WMZ/LR/WowGold/Bitcoins/Namecoin/Ukash) for them (or your) or the customer can use it to pay on a site somewhere, or to fund their account on Mtgox.com or tradehill.com or a casino.

 

If they are merchants, we can then offer them local payout options. So somebody in India/Asia selling whatever online can accept our vouchers for payment (we sell in europe/USA/canada), and we send you money to pay the customer in India/Asia out in local currency methods. merchant pays all the fees you charge.

 

We also will offer merchants payouts in Bitcoins and other anonymous cryptocurrencies if they want.

 

What's the cheapest way to exchange money? technocash.com preferred, or we could try nxpay or ecoin.cc/liqpay if all else fails.. or you could just send us LR whenever they pay.

 

If we both have technocash GFX accounts, it's free for us to send money back and forth to each other.

 

Any other systems you know of? Could do this through a bank too but they typically have slow loading times and high fees.
