There are legit sites that pay you upto $0.02 and have been paying since a long time.

Really good PTC and good per click rate for upgraded, upto .04 cent click for standard is quite low.

I think one has upgrade to get reasonable rate.

Minimum being 1$ make it attractive.

A standard member will be earning $0.016 per day for his clicking and he will need to click for 125 days to reach the minimum payout of 42 without referral earnings. Its far too long since as the payout limit increases after each cashout he need to invest a lot of funds on referral earnings to reach the limit which is not attractive
