These guys look pretty much like the average Russian Scam broker, with many lies in their website. For example, they claim that they are partnered with major banks, but only they, and their affiliates, like megrawab promote these sort of lies. Don't get me wrong, that is perfectly natural, everyone is trying to make money one way or another here, but the fact is that this is just another scam, they are not even Registered, or Regulated by any Regulatory Agency that is credible at all. They just slap a website, claim all sorts of Partnerships with major banks, they provide no proof, and then just try to steal the money of a few newbies to the market.
