there is no monitor link for this program, which has recently been launched on 29th August 2011 !

but there is some interesting link, that says, Exclusively monitored by MNO,

but if we click the link, there is no site of MNO, but some mysql warning message loaded, like below.

well, I can now open the page of MNO review and there is no more technical issue to have this page opened, prior to this there was some mysql error, anyway, I can now get access to the MNO site and there is paying status for this program on MNO as well, and according to this monitor, the last the program paid was on 1st September, that is today !

The GET PAID EVEN IF YOU DON'T INVEST, BY REFERRING PEOPLE is something attractive. But the site's security is vulnerable... No DDOs protection of any kind. I am looking forward to see some enhancement in the program.

yes, usually hyips won't allow to earn referral commissions if we don't satisfy the condition to have an active investment with them,

where as here there is no such condition and we can earn referral commission without a single investment as well,

but it is very low here just 2% !

I am convinced by the program every thing looks interesting and plans are look stable enough

Unlike other programs both the plans are affordable and it is ones choice whether want to join the program for short term of 22 days and on expiry get back the principal or join the foreever plan which do not have fixed expiry date allowing you to keep earning until you decide to leave after 24 days lock in period.

In my view 2nd plan is much better as we only risk 2 more days than the first plan and earn .2% extra because forever plan offer 2.4% daily instead of 2.2 in the first plan.

there is latest payment proofs of today posted on their official forum,

with the launching of their own forum, recently, this one has proven their intention to stay ACTIVE, as long as there is investors support,

First of all I don't like their front screen or designing interface. Because their designing quality was not so good like any professional HYIP. Because continue some comment I would like to say the DMT mod that too many members have posted their payout proof here insists of Payout section - please check them. Now, this site also has very common 2.2% long term profitable plans that bring expected profit to us. Here we found live support from the admin and some regional language support. Expect some monitors and HYIP proof forums.

FIPO.BIZ has been online successfully for the 4th week and we have not faced a single moment of downtime or any other issues that has caused us to worry about.

 

We are truly motivated by the strength our teams have given thus far to ensure that everything goes smoothly from all angles. In addition to this, our members have also shown great support and trust in us, which gives us far better reasons to use this as a source of inspiration to take each step in faith.

 

We have clearly mentioned in our website that FIPO.BIZ is exclusively by Money-News-Online but we still keep getting many support and chat requests whenever our Support staff are online from other monitors. We would like to reconfirm that we will not be interested in entertaining Support or Monitoring Services that are offered by other monitors. Kindly refrain from contacting us in this regard.

 

Our Live Chat Support are not able to stay online for prolonged periods due to the gradually increasing workload that is shared amongst our teams. We are making efforts to add new team members for increasing the hours our Live Support stays online. We will also be including the Phone Support service as soon as we complete this process.

looks like the technical problem has returned already, there is currently problem loading the page, it's to be fixed soon in order to gain trust of the investors, let's wait for few more days, it seems to be no update from the admin lately on explanation for the down time of the site, these days.
