millionaireguy Posted August 16, 2011 Share Posted August 16, 2011 I don't seem to get it. All members whether upgraded or not need to reach $3 dollar before they can make a request? I dont think it is fair. The minimum payout should have been lowered for members who are upgraded their account. As a consolation, the site just lowered the clicks needed for payout.
