Maybe they are inclined to be strict to the posts quality, keeping in view the grammar and stuff? Which I think is wrong. I mean not everyone in this world is a good English speaker, since English is the learned language for all those who are basically not born in those English speaking countries, such as the US, CANADA, UK etc.

For a moderator making 16o in Euros per week is not a bad thing, but as a chatter I don't think it is possible.
