looks like paid to promote program for me because we only need to put their ad in our blog or website and then we get commission per CPM. unfortunately there is no explanation about per CPM rate and only minimum payout explanation. I also not found it in website.

In this program, minimum cashout is $2. member will get $2 per referral, and $2 each time our referral pays monthly subscription fee. so besides $5 as fee to join, still there is monthly fee. seems lucrative but if not get downline, very expensive program.
