For sure, the best trading hours are those where there is a good liquidity in the market, which is usually during the European session and American session, but be careful of the breaking news also, they may shift the market totally in no time, and turn your profits to losses.

I think experience comes by time, so we don't have anything to improve it except continue trading, and by time we will find the improvement in front of our eyes in the mechanism we read the chart and its signals to us, while skills come from much learning and reading every new information which may help us.

From my trading time and experience, most traders do not have (for sorry) a plan B, or a plan regarding what to do if their entered trade failed, so they get troubled when this happen, and may increase their entry with huge lots without good money management and detection of the probable risk, this leads them to loss for sure.

Virtual or demo trading is a very important step before starting real or live trading, and even after starting real trading for testing new strategies and anything that you are not sure about, and do not want to risk your money trying this tool or that.

I left hyips from a long time, i realized that even if i profited from one hyip i will lose the same amount or maybe more from other ones, so for now i am a member of macrtotrade only waiting its scam to leave the entire field, i am just withdrawing my profit daily till it goes out, in the same time i am still trading forex, because i believe it is the business of the future.

I think only careful money management that can assure us long staying in this market, and moreover making profits regularly, also patience and discipline are very important, so as we can learn how to act with all the market conditions without any fear, and bad emotions that can make everything upside down!

I don't think such courses should be offered in universities, but it would be nice if they offered extra learning in faculties that are interested in financial sciences and money working, forex nowadays is considered the biggest market in the world, where trillions of dollars are moving daily.
