I have not won over my dispute against this program as I have agreed with the terms and condition of the merchant where there is no refund to it, it's a lesson for me so next time I'm going to read if the admin will place some rules during purchase.

They are using proxy because their country is not supported with paypal, so in order to make one they will need to use IP from other country just to get themselves an account, I am just wondering if are there any successful attempts for that? and do they have their account still until now?

I never had any transactions here that requires me to pay, but I have some sites that they are charging me about 3-5% as transaction fee, but I don't know if it is really for alertpay transaction fee.

@pops Just check the site from time to time because it's not easy to rent here as with the rules they have people are forced to invest in renting referrals so you will have a lot of competitors from renting refs here so better be alert from time to time.

I have 5 forums which I prioritize right now and I include this one on my list as they are proven paying weekly, why would we focus on forums that we get tired of waiting for our earnings. Here the admin never missed out payments during weekends, everybody is paid weekly here.

If I will be in that situations I would question Liberty Reserve, I have done all the necessary precautions not to get hacked, I updated my antivirus, I even have protection from keyloggers and I don't just click links for those phising mails and I am very particular with my downloads. If I will still get hack in that case I will never user LR again.

Same here I have purchased tickets through paypal and we could assure how secure this payment processor is, my next move it to try buying some items in ebay US if I could successfully do it. I can't do it not as I am lack of funds.

@indieover I guess you have to coordinate with someone here, especially our fellow filipino to just gather all your GDP money then exchange it whatever the fees will be divided among you. I plan to do that but I don't request GDP anymore because of that hassle.

I have read from a friend that they now offer withdrawal through local banks but the transaction fee is somewhat expensive, they charge $5 for that and I don't know the limit need further research about it. But that's a good news atleast, but I still prefer paypal since they only charge a very small fee.
