rivha: You are right, it accept only from india & can transfer funds to indian bank But you know about WESTERN UNION AS WELL... DEfinitely they can send via WU But it require about minimum 100$ for both buy & sell.. I think you are getting my point.. better to go for some exchanger with chat support...

I already faced various problem as India user... There is no chance to withdraw huge amount bucks like 1000$ without credit card... It requires deep verification of our personality or earning statement from where the amount came.. If we are not able to show proofs then they will ban your account...

It's used by some of popular game sites ... and we can add funds to out NETELLER account by bank deposit from INDIA ( as I am ), after verifying the transaction we will get balance to out online funds & can use it instantly.. That's so simple.. same process for withdrawal....

I have seen this processor one month ago on my view.. it's not so popular as PP or AP, LR.. But many of sites are using as payment systems.. but there is no option to use bank withdrawal.. but credit card is acceptable..
