well i think blueassets and oceanfinance both sites are managed by same admin because same duration plans are being added in both sites and also a new plan which is recently added is almost same as well. Site is failed and admin has faced a loss here because only 10$ are invested in this site . there are different reasons of getting failed. First reason is the bad script and the 2nd reason is the long term plans . No security feature being also added by admin.
