Yes I think that the admin should keep a certain character limit so that he would get more quality content on the forum. Talking about spam the character limit would not matter as the spammers can just copy-paste stuff from earlier posts.

Well the rate per click is too low. They should atleast set it to 1 cent per click. And unless the site is not established people would refrain from buying memberships here.
