Theoretically yes site with low ROI are sustainable since the Admin will be able to earn the profits rather than use fresh deposit to pay the profits but in practice i have seen many new hyips with low ROI was in existence only for a day or two. Which means now some Admin who use low ROI strategy to cheat the investors cannot trust anyone

I see the site is back and thats good Currently i have funds only in my alertpay account so if i invest $1 using alertpay funds under the first plan i will not be able to withdraw my daily profits and have to wait till maturity since the daily profit is only $0.012 and i need a minimum of $1 to withdraw using alertpay. So its not worth to try this site using alertpay with the minimum investment
