I think it was not an error because when they removing their database then just shown that message. Secondly this site might made some fraudulent activity with their hosting site or made overdue payment so their account has been suspended.

We can see many local or regional supporting unit of the site. Hope that we can get proper solution from them. But 51 days spent and still we can not find any good monitor where they have paid over 100K. As well as there is a monitor with problem stamp. I think this site might have fake data. I really have big doubt about their stability because lot of items are corrupted, as I tries to open their monitor page - once got a sql error.
