The minimum was $7 which is good but plans are risky and these days it became fashion telling hyipadmin they trade forex and they goaway with your money.i dont recommend this.

The plans are risky and giving 23%daily for 5days is 15%profit.they wont sustain long and name of site is to attract investors.so dont believe them and think they pay like oilstructure which is also the scam now.

I think with seeming the site promotion and its regular payments i think they will stand for one of the best site for 2011 And in otherway,they may cant afford lot of advertising money.
