Between, advertising + promoting doesn't show an admin going to run his site for a long period, this is right statement. However, no advertising + no promoting = admin going to run his site for a long time? Of course no. I don't care about whether the site is having any promotion or advertisement, however, a paid domain should be a MUST to run a serious business.

I don't see anything wrong with his post, and yet, he did mention the important point. Site is hosting on free domain and using cheap template. Payment proofs in the beginning is nothing, all ponzi will at least run for few days / weeks to gain members' trust.
