Most probably it is run by a kid who aim to get some pocket money through newbies. Look into their forum and u will notice this sentence:

In my opinion, nothing wrong if u trying to get cash from HYIPs, since they are doing the same way to us too. However, about creating multiple a/c, I guess it is not as easy as abc since we need different computers, different LR no. and of course, enough principle to invest just to get few ref commission.
