It seems that they are having problems with their credit system. Moreover, not all sections are PTP at IMP so you might be posting in a Non paid sections. I did try contacting the admin about 2-3 days back through PM and he assured me that their credit system was working fine and the payments will be paid as like usual.

I do agree with you that the thing which matter is the site is still paying their members. There are forums which promises to offer something big and then turn into a scam and the efforts of the members gets wasted. EP provides an opportunity to earn with a reasonable rate which is the bast thing...

What sort of problem you are having at MEF. As far as I have noticed, everything is working fine at MEF. I myself have started to post at MEF and have found that the activity their at MEF has started to increase which is a good thing from earning prospective.

Well, many Hyip's dont allow multiple accounts to their members or with the same IP address. However, you idea is not a bad one but still you have a backside chance of loosing your money if the Hyip's turns into a scam earlier than your expectations. So do try such methods only when you can afford to loose your initial money.

I do agree with you. However, what thing your forum is about also depends when you refer new admins. If your forum deals with HYIP's or Forex then you can contact Hyip owners and Forum brokers to advertise on your forum. You can also use google adsense or several such ad services to earn some incentives for yourself.

I dont thing either free members or premium members can earn much on PTC's until we are good in promotion work or we do invest something big n buying referrals.
