However, there are exceptional cases but in those cases such as Neobux, they have already proved their legitimacy and hence paypal might have allowed them to use their services.

Yes, its annoying when GT goes offline very now and then without a prior notice to their members. They should think about correcting this problem as this does cost them as a lot of members being inactive on their site. However, the payment delay is not much and I believe that with the amazing posting rates they are offering, its worth waiting for my payment for 8-10 days.

Yes, the contest available at EP aren't updated daily but as far as I have noticed, the prizes are given away to the winners every 2-3 days and sometimes even takes more time. This is not a good sign as waiting for 50 cents of prizes for such a long period of time is not worth it...

The main problem which I have with mylot is their posting rates. I do used to post long and informative post there but in the end did not receive more then 2 cents for a post there which was very frustrating. I dont think earning through RCB's offered by the HYIP monitors are agaisnt HYIP's but as you have mentioned, opening multiple account is considered an activity against the TOS of most of the HYIP's. o the only way to earn through this RCB's is to create accounts with different email id and e-currency account and sometimes through different IP address as a few legit hyips can detect your IP and ban you for it.
