Well, CV's are not required for moderator work. All a member who is willing to appoint for job needs to contact with the admin. proving him with the past experience and the other forums he is a moderator of. If the admin. finds that the member has enough experience and can handle his forum properly, he will appoint him for the moderator job.

Well, it seems that the exchange rates are huge for payweb. It that case, it is not economical for the online earnest as they receive small amount of funds through posting, clicking etc. and they can't afford to pay such a huge amount of fees for exchanging their Payweb.
