AP now has become my most active payment processor. I use it as payment processor for many PTP forums that I join. I accumulate my money in AP as I also use it to pay my monthly subscription fee in CA.

About the limited access, I received a notification from paypal that there was a suspicious attempt to log in my account. Then, paypal limit my access so as to protect my account. They asked me to send a utility bill with my address on it. That's how it happened.

Actually, the admin made an announcement about the pending payment. He hoped he could pay all the pending payments by the end of last December but he did not keep his promise. That's what make the members disappointed.

I read in another forum. A member warned not to join and not to be active in this site. The pending payment has become the issue and there are no moderators in the site. It's a sign of a scam.

I have checked the link. It's paypal market fund. The good things are No minimum investment and we can withdraw our funds at anytime. I think it's legit because it is carried out by paypal. I plan to try to invest here but after the limited access in my paypal account is removed.
