Not just a Forex trader, but a successful Forex trader is a learner, if we’re to be successful in a business like Forex then we must learn well and do it continuously and only then we could get success. I believe most obvious mistakes traders are likely to make is over-trade and get out of plan, it’s important that we trade with proper planning and only then we could get success, if we’re not following plans properly then we’re likely to do over-trading and that will lead to losses. We can try many things to control it, but the only way we will ever get it in control is through education and experience. Now, it’s sad that people are not interested in it too much and due to that, we often find people not going far, if we’re really wishful and wants to get success in this business then avoiding greed is crucial and like I said gain education for it. Firstly it will be tough for people to understand this if you haven’t done Stock trading or Forex trading, so the people who can understand the best is ones who have done both or doing it. I do Forex trading, but in past I used to work in Stock Market, I believe the obvious reason is risk factor and profit ratio. The profit margin in Forex is just so much while you talk about Stock; it’s far more risky in terms of needing more investment while similarly the profit potential is far less than Forex. The only mindset I carry is to trade well and I know numbers are there for coming, but if we have negative mindset or are too conscious then we will destroy things and make it hard for our self only. From keeping myself in front, I believe the most common mistakes that are made by us, it’s mostly to do with over-trading or using higher lot size, so that’s what we got to be careful about and make sure we trade using good money management and always stick by it instead of changing focus. Dolgart, it’s pretty tough to understand what you mean there, I believe leverage size has nothing with the standard of the broker. I am currently using OctaFX and they offer high leverage up to 1:500, you can bet on their quality with winning 14 awards in just 4 years, it’s not any mean achievement and reason why they are rated so highly, I believe if we want to be successful in a business like Forex then we got to have broker that we can rely upon, so our first comparison needs to be upon reliability and then go on with all the conditions and all that, it means nothing to have greatest conditions with ordinary broker in terms of reliability.

Honestly I don’t even feel like comparing Mt4 with Mt5, as Mt5 is just crappy and terrible, I think this can easily be label into the worst category as far platforms are concerned. Just to go with the choice, I select Mt4 day in and day out! Now if you bring me to overall choice, I might just give edge to cTrader platform, it’s the hottest property at present and got incredible upgraded system which really works well when it comes to analyzing while there are advance charting as well, so that further boost things and at present with OctaFX broker, it’s even better due to no slippage, re-quote or such stuff and that’s why I feel incredible comfortable with it.

I think for newbies it’s fairly tough because things are happening so quickly that to be able to handle pressure and emotions is really difficult, the best way is when we have enough experience, so we can calmly handle situations. Yeah of course concentrating is very important because this is the part which makes a lot of difference especially if we are doing aggressive way of trading which is mostly scalping, I believe this is a kind of method where not only concentration is required but we need to be a lot more discipline as well, so this is why this is so useful. It’s incredibly tough say much here because this depends on many things. Firstly if we are financially weak than we need a source where there is guarantee income possible, so that we can be comfortable, but if we don’t have that then it’s extremely hard to manage things. Also, we need to make sure we have enough knowledge, the worst thing to do is trading without knowledge and thinking it is still possible to make consistent income, it’s just not on. From what I have heard is that 60-70% of the brokers claiming to be ECN are actually desk dealers and that’s why before we select any broker we must research whether it’s really a ECN broker or just lying to attract clients.
