  1. Of course why somebody should do that, i also starting to wonder is there really a person who trade in forex for the sake of hobby? If yes i think it would be just in demo account and not in real account, since this is hobby after all. Why you should waste your money while you have the same effect in demo account. There is no main reason and the only reason is Money.
  2. I don't know if that will help you but to give you some chances to start making money in this business then I will agree with you. It is possible to achieve success on forex with free capital, which means like FBS program where you will get small capital after joining join as the trader. It will just take longer route than other who have real money to invest directly.
  3. I think 100% control is not really important, and in this age it is better to have quasi full control. I can say 90% control under your own hand and let that 10% goes to automated program. What i want to say here that you can use SL and TP which is in fact automation and make your trading become easier since you don't have to stare screen like forever.
  4. It is right that not everyone can make money from forex, some people must struggle first like me and the others usually take faster route and make money faster. But yeah, in the end, this business is not for everyone because not all of us can make profit, some of us lose the money and that is the nature of this business. Pretty much simple but that is the fact.
  5. Agree with you, we should take the risk intelligently so we lose with "meaningful" loss. Taking the risk means that we analyze the market carefully and still following the rules which we had before without violate every single of it. One more thing we still able to optimized the profit, which means reduce the risk to certain extent but still make way more profits.
  6. That is your option arjumand, nothing wrong with that approach but I want to know that in the tough situation what would you do? For example, you lose consecutively for 4 rows and your capital diminished a lot? The strict approach for this condition needed. For me, I will be strict with my money management, and only open one position per trading also with smaller lot for loss resistance.
  7. Gold prices weakened at the end of trading Friday dawn (14/07) triggered by the strengthening of global exchanges. But losses are capped by a weaker dollar and U.S. bond yields. The lower provides support. Spot gold prices LLG fell 0.12 percent to $ 1,217.98 per ounce. U.S. gold futures For August delivery fell at $ 1,217.30 per ounce. The MSCI world index hit a record high for the fourth time in less than a month as investors regarded Yellen's remarks as a green light for risk-taking. Many Analysts estimated gold prices move weak triggered the strengthening of Wall Street. Tonight will also look at a lot of US economic data such as inflation, Retail Sales, Michigan Consumer Sentiment, industrial production, which if strengthen the US dollar will push the price of gold.
  8. Tocom rubber price on Friday afternoon ended up. The price of natural rubber futures for the most active contract in December 2017 ended up on the rise in rubber prices on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The most active rubber contract on Shanghai exchange for September delivery rose about 1.93 percent at 13,455 yuan per tonne. The natural rubber price at Tocom for the most active contract for December contract ended up 0.9 percent at 201.60 yen per kilogram, up from its previous close of 199.90 yen per kilogram. Many analysts estimated that Tocom's rubber price movement in subsequent trades has the potential to strengthen limited with the rise in rubber prices in the Shanghai market. Also be observed the movement of Yen and crude oil prices.
  9. Near the end of this week's forex trading on United State session this Frida, some disappointing US economic data sent the dollar down to the worst in 10 months. The most pressing economic data release was the June inflation data, which was lower than the expectations and position of the previous period. In addition to inflation data, there is also retail sales data that is still contraction and below expectations. Then pressured again by the release of UoM consumer prelim data sentiment whose data is far below expectations and previous periods. But for industrial production data in June released higher than the previous period and expectations. The dollar index showing the strength of the US dollar against many of its major rivals amid US trading forex session where the index dropped at 95.18, after early trading the index opened at 95.77 and touched the highest position at 95.83.
  10. For me it is not the best but one of the best, it would be good if we don't have any kind of thought that forex is the best because it may close our chance to obtain profit from other business. Why i think forex as one of the best? Because it has big turnover so more chance to obtain profit, and it has very easy way to make a deposit, you just need small amount of cappital too.
  11. Gamble as much as you want but don't teach somebody to love forex as gambling arena. I think that gambler just contribute more money circulated inside. Almost of them basically lose their capital in faster rate. Forex could be seen as gambling because the fast return which foreign exchange has compared to the other kind of business and become attractive business for gamblers.
  12. Positive slippage is what we want and of course we will be happy if something like this happened every time we open a position. I would obviously choose this one because it is more profitable and by using our common sense who want to lose more pips? No one. As traders profitable trading is what we are looking for even it means that we must use gap strategy and hope for a positive slippage event.
  13. If you able to manage the funds i think the problem of risk management has been solved, what you need next is to keep making profit as much as you can. I think that to be successful trader needs a profitable strategy and a stable yet robust risk management, this could optimized your performance to the top.
  14. I hardly understand what are you going to say here, but it is all up to the trader to choose for what they want to spend their money. For example if you want to withdraw 100% of the profit you accumulate after certain period of time that's fine, my previous suggestion basically just want to give us more chance to expand while still able to withdraw some.
  15. It seems i don't really get what do you want to say here. By the way if we are talking about the risk of investing money in a broker and worried about its safety then it is normal for us. But the problem which comes here is that the broker we are using right now trustable enough or reliable enough? We can't be sure for 100% but there are many factors that we could depend on when choose the reliable broker to store our capital.
  16. @gaban Yes, you are right in this case. Everything need its own time including us. We need time to control emotions it is not something that automatically happened, the best way of course by keep trading. By the way, if we want to dream about how much money i should get i will target monthly income with 4 USD digits. At least $1000 or up to $9999 LOL
  17. With a good plan hypothetically you can make profit daily, but that cannot be true in all cases. Good plan or good strategy doesn't guarantee anything will going as what you wish. Sometimes shit happens and that is where the risk management play important for you and other traders. So i said it is possible but not like forever.
  18. And this is why we should embrace the risk, since that is the main point of foreign exchange. Without risk forex wouldn't be as lucrative business as before. The return would be lower. It doesn't mean that forex suddenly become a quick rich scheme but more like a profitable business if somebody wants to manage the risk carefully.
  19. Stop Loss and Money Management, right? Those two are really connected to each other and i think stop loss as the feature would help traders to make their money management more efficient and effective at the same time. Not to mention that Stop Loss will help us to stop the loss automatically which is more precise when we are the one who closed it.
  20. Well it seems that you got the point there, It is no matter what kind of strategy. Long term or Short term if a trader feel that is more suitable for him/her they will practice it. So i think overall that this thread is true, it is good for newbies but as long as that newbie want to focus by use scalping in almost of their trading.
  21. @sininfinity Accepting our mistakes never been easy but possible thing to do, we need to realize that mostly of our mistakes in forex actually coming from ourselves. Not from the others or even brokers especially if the broker we choose is a good one. Revenge trading is bad and we must use our logic to recover not by emotions, it is not a heathly trading.
  22. LOL but why Regulator is trying to fine a broker if there is no complaint from its clients(which could be you and me or millions of other traders)? Also do you think they really use trader's money that they get from doing nasty thing to traders or from their pure profit to pay regulator's fine? I know honesty is the best but what can guarantee it or at least closer to that? Regulation. A strict and strong regulation which has a good reputation such as CFTC or FCA, not the lax one.
  23. Just like its purpose when first time created, demo account is a good place for that and also for anyone who tend to make a careless mistake. When mistake happened in real account, all the losses are real makes it not really suitable for newcomers who usually make that kind of mistake. But in the end it's real account the ultimate purpose for all traders.
  24. The price of cocoa futures on ICE Futures at the end of trading seems falling down. The weakening of cocoa prices hampered by the strengthening US dollar that rose following the Index after US Non Farm Payrolls data rose more than expected. At the end of trading early this afternoon cocoa futures contract futures September 2017 which is the most active contract monitored closed down. The price of the commodity closed slumped by 2.85 percent at 1,872 dollars per ton. For the weekly prediction, cocoa prices have plunged about 4 percent more largely due to an increase in Ivory Coast's supply, global surplus forecasts and a stronger US dollar. Analysts expected that cocoa futures prices for subsequent trades will potentially weaken limited and have a chance to break the support level at around 1.820 dollars.
  25. The Rotterdam coal futures price on ICE closed weakly in late trade, as coal prices appeared to be weighed down by the weakening of crude oil which fell about 3 percent in late trade. Currently, the price of coal futures for the most active contract which is August 2017 contract seems to fall down towards 83.50 dollars per ton. The price of the commodity declined by around 0.36 percent compared to previous price.
