  1. scalping if done correctly is the easiest way to make good money, I do scalp but not that heavy volume of trades on hfm. but its true, though ones need the discipline and diamond hands for it,
  2. you can start with as low as 5-50 (if my memory serves me right that should be the minimum at hfm which i trade with) but before u decide to go live, I suggest learning about forex first, babypips.com has a good free crash course about forex that should help you a lot.
  3. I trade at hfm i believe there is a 30 no deposit bonus, but yes one need to understand the term that comes with it to avoid the confusion.
  4. thats a possibility, haha but over all the branding is a marketing move, and a positive one at that, makes it easier to remember.
  5. im not sure if the crypto option is still viable, with how critical crypto is doing I guess its better to avoid holding them for now, till we see a cleare direction for when this bear market ends. but for now other options for funding are available anyway. im astick with fiat :)
  6. FHM has good spreads for scalping if thats what you are looking for. you can look into lmfx as well its another good broker as well.
  7. Practice trading without risking real money: A demo account allows you to simulate the experience of trading in the real market without risking any actual money. This is especially useful for beginners who are just starting to learn about forex trading. Test trading strategies: You can use a demo account to test different trading strategies and see how they perform in a simulated environment. This can help you identify which strategies are most effective and refine your approach to trading. Learn about market conditions: Demo trading allows you to experience different market conditions and see how they affect your trading results. This can help you develop a better understanding of the market and improve your decision-making skills. Familiarize yourself with trading platforms: Demo trading allows you to become familiar with the trading platform and the tools and features it offers. This can help you trade more efficiently and confidently when you start using a real account. Gain confidence: Using a demo account can help you gain confidence in your trading abilities and develop a disciplined approach to trading. This can be invaluable when you start trading with real money, as it can help you manage risk and make more informed trading decisions.
  8. first thing new comers need to do is study, and learn as much as they can, spend time understanding the business, its not easy, it can take years and avoid shortcuts, it took me a while to understand it, when i first started trading with hfm, and yet here i am still trying to figure it out 10 years later
  9. scalping is like a "hit and run" trading strategy, you enter for seconds or minutes, hit a certain small profit, then run with it by exiting. time consuming but profitable. though on my hfmaccount rarely do i scalp
  10. I guess the right question would be, is there a broker that dont offer demo accounts? thats sketchy.
  11. Im sticking to manual trading at hfm, its just what im used to anyway.
  12. some brokers offer a trading performance if not all, there are third party platforms like myfxbook, i believe there are forums that can link their trading to their accounts such as forexfactory, for me personally, I just stick with what hotforex has to offer since i spend most my time there trading anyway
  13. HFM or hotforex, Still have an account with them for almost 10 years now.
  14. yeah most brokers offer a free demo, its worth noting that demo and live can vary a bit given live is affected by actual liquidity, so use demo to practice but slowly learn how actual live works.
  15. well thats tru, it might seem like a lot, but now a days, reliability and consistency are hard to find. and most people wont mind shelling some for it
  16. not sure, but most probably not, and if they do its gonna be something like 20 bucks, but to be honest, u might as well be better with out it, if unsure just stick with demo with more realistic amounts.,
  17. its possible i dont think its unspoken off, especially with smaller accounts. havent joined though but good luck to all joiners
  18. they might as well be one of the oldest, and the new brand has a really good impact. i like it
  19. like what free trading? like just the platform for charting? something like tradingview?
  20. yeas its an added plus and the fun part is forex trading can be dome from anywhere and its a 24/5 industry
  21. the prizes are getting bigger and bigger good luck to all participants thats really once in a life time.
  22. and now a days the same fundamentals apply accross different platforms, options, forex and crypto almost have the same analysis. and thats a good thing.
  23. yes that is correct, and the longer you are a trader the more i see people stir away from them honestly.
  24. its a never ending battle with emotions, honestly the markets can be gauged by the emeotions and sentiment of the traders.
  25. ther is no such thing as an easy success, wishful thinking will get you nowhere in forex trading, i learned the hard way, 10 years trading a hotforex account and i still think im lacking and yess i did blow my share of accounts.
