    Well, you can't really fault other people if they will make forex trading as their primary business because, in the first place, forex can really be considered as a business. A business where you are your own boss and your only employee.

    I have traded based on news in my initial foray in forex. Not much technical analysis. But I am now trying to learn about technical strategies. I am checking strategies and trading via demo account. I hope to blend the two analysis when I trade forex again next year.

    It depends, I think, on the major products of a country. Like for example, oil. I thought, initially, that oil affects all major currencies that when the trouble began in the Middle East, these currencies will suffer because oil prices went up. It turns out that only Canada gets affected in major way when oil prices goes up or down.

    I have not been a fan of putting a stop loss. I know this maybe a bad strategy but based from my experience, if you are patient enough, the market will go back to where you placed your trade. There are times when I place a stop loss and lose a trade only to find out the next day that the market went back.

    I think, there will be no opposition to this declaration that trend is the best friend of any trader. The only problem is when do you know that there is a trend and that the timing is right to enter a trade. To senior traders, it can be an easy problem but to beginner traders, it is a difficult situation.

    Yeah, that's what good about posting in forex forums - traders do not really feel that bad whenever they lose the money they get from these forums. Because it did not really come from their pocket. And even if you lose, as riddick mentioned, you gained experience.

    I have traded for about two months using a demo account. When I felt that I was already ready for the real world of forex trading, I went into real trading and traded for a month. I lost some money here and stopped for a while. Right now, I am having some good encouragement to go trading again. Maybe, next year, I will trade again.

    Definitely, it will be a big risk to invest heavily if you are just a starter trader. This can be done if you have somebody who is very knowledgeable regarding forex, trading with you. If not, its almost throwing away money.

    Yeah, I agree totally. This is one of the major disadvantage of a demo account. I experienced this first-hand. I was trading demo and there was no emotion at all. It does not matter if I win or lose. Its a lot different when you are into real trading. It can get very frustrating.

    For me, you do not have to invest any money in forex. You just need to register in as many forex forums as you can and get all those earnings. These earnings can be your capital for all your trades. All you invest in this instance is your time. And you may have to invest time to learn the basics of forex so as to make you fool funny in discussing forex with others.

    Yeah, the new look is interesting. When I logged in this morning, I thought I was in another forum. I checked the contest section because I thought there is a new contest to go along side the new look but there was none.

    Some members mentioned that they do earn something form uploading pictures here in myLot. I thought that you have to promote these pictures so that members will use them. But this is not the case. Promotion is not needed. This is passive income.

    Well, I am still posting here. I would like to be able to request another payment once my current pending payment request get processed. This way, I will not be hard-pressed to reach another cash out level and may post leisurely.

    Better to slow down as you might get accused of post chasing. I agree that 30 posts will be easy to create here in GEV but there are days when many threads get locked and you will have to wait for other member's response so that you can create posts.

    I really do not understand what slowing down means. Is it limiting your number of posts per day in a forum? Or is it stopping your postings completely for some days?

    I also feel that I have wasted effort in creating many posts here. I have not requested payment here as I saw that a lot of posters are complaining about non-payment. But I still see some members posting here.

    And its good to be posting at this time here in DMT as there are many other active members around. It is more encouraging to post when you see other active members around. The juices just flows.

    I am poised to request another payment here. I have already posted my payment proofs in forums. the forum requires members to post payment proofs in five forums but I posted my payment proof in ten forums but five of these forums are included in the admin's list of restricted forums.

    300 points mean you are creating 20 posts per day. That's a good target. If this being done every other day, it will sum up to $45 every month, which is a significant amount already. I hope I can start posting here again by next month to get that same amount.

    I will take note of that and try posting here on Dec 24 and 25. If I will get the bonus, well and good. I might experience my first payment from myLot if I will get those bonus. How about uploading pictures? Have anyone earned something from posting pictures here?

    The same thing with me. It was nice seeing the payment in my e-mail. I hope that my pending payment request will be processed before the year ends. And I am also hoping that the admin will give us members some Christmas surprise like a double rate on Christmas day.

    I would expect that the activity in EP would rise after Christmas. For sure, many members are busy with all the preparations and parties that go with Christmas. After that, they would be tired to go out and just stay at home and maybe post.

    There are now, only three pending payment request in LOT and one of them is mine. I recently requested payment and it was for $8. I am not really expecting fast payment. I am actually expecting delay in getting paid considering the situation the forum is currently in.

    Maybe, I will only lay low in posting once I reach another 500 points and I am halfway through that. I would like to be able to request another payment once my pending payment here gets processed.
