Visa/MasterCard Withdrawals Dear customers and partners, TenkoFX we would like announce an introduction of Debit/Credit card withdrawal option. Going forward you will be able to request direct withdrawal to your plastic card via TenkoDESK customer workplace. The new withdrawal option is introduced primarily for Russia and CIS customers, yet it is also available to all customers. Payments are processed by the Russia based processing center. Transactions are processed in Russian ruble only. Every withdrawal in USD or EUR will be converted into Russian rubles. As a result the current withdrawal method will have higher transaction costs for USD and EUR based plastics cards. The processing center charges 1.5% commission (min. 50 RUB) for the transfer.
