I do scaping with Hotforex and it's perfectly ok, they allow scalping based strategies since they don't trade against you. Also scalping is the preferable trading style for them since it generates lots of commission (their profit)

I think martingale is good strategy if you decide in advance where you will stop. I used it many times with Hotforex and managed to get good returns.
