You can only reduce the risk of foreign exchange not eliminate the risk it has. The only way to eliminate the risk in forex is actually by stop the trading activity or speculation. But since most of the market's trend based on the speculation by those traders then we cannot simply say we can eliminate and i choose to reduce it instead.

For long term trading, i think for newbie is not an easy job, but if you practice it in demo account for quite long time like 1 or 2 years maybe you will see an improvement. Long term trading also targetting bigger profit which means that the prediction must be accurate because if not, the loss also bigger.

Regulation, Do this really important for broker?
pepy replied to myregister's topic in Forex Newbies
This is true and basically i agree with it, the regulator is important for traders because the more that regulator become strict the more they will be able to make an impact to that trader, we can see this is as a good start from the broker if they want to be regulated, because they can easily run off with the money without anyone regulated them. -
hone your trading with a demo account and a real account
pepy replied to rizal83's topic in Forex Newbies
Real account is a place to get money and demo account is the place to get experience or to do training or trial. Basically demo account is the most suitable place for new traders, but real account is the place where people can get money and the most favourite account but a risky place for traders. -
Isn't that hard for you to know? I mean it is very simple. The approach which i am talking about here by use risk/money management, still don't understand? You must divide your capital into some lots. Earn money in forex actually pretty much simple and straightforward but for making it reality is hard thanks to how complex it is when we should analyze the market.

I really do agree with the thread starter here, many of us focusing on the result but tend to forget the process which teach us a lot of how to reach the end. Well, the result or money is important but if we messed up with the process(analyzing and manage the risk) we won't be able to trade better than what we want.

If you want to stay consistent with your trading then trade with that strategy over and over again, make sure that each profit based on that strategy. To me the hardest part to any trading system is to define the trend, as this is the most important element to trading this system which will change the overall strategy you have.

Once again forex is good not for everyone but good for everyone who have patience and willingness to learn also to embrace the risk which is the part of forex itself. Forex itself is a risky business as we know and it is not easy to make profit here, we need to do much more effort in order to survive.

Yes it has a good potential and it has become a research for many scientist who have interest in algorithm of profitable trading, also it seems that regulators are already tapping into Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance their market oversight activities. Software vendors have the programming skills to build AI, but for it to reach its potential trading the currency markets, they need to convince the best FX traders to help them build the systems

That is really not a good idea, so many people who addicted to foreign exchange ended up losing their money or even their life. In what kind of forms the addiction to anything should be erased. In forex, the addiction could be solved by other thing, one of the example maybe meditate?, or be grateful or even hypnotheraphy. It is already in spiritual level if we talk about this addiction.

Experience will play important part, for few months maybe we won't see any real result but i think after 5 months or more than that there are some significant difference. The same with long term strategy, it will take time from that trader but the result should be rewarded, and actually it is possible for all range of traders.

If you have enough will i think that with by yourself you can direct yourself into the right path. What you need is more knowledge or focus on a forex blog site which share a lot of tutorial of how to trade. It is just take few hours from your life for few weeks and then you already have enough knowledge to practice.

This is why stock still thrive, many people who involved theirselves into stock realized this one, you can be an owner of a company through stock, it means that you can influence some of their policy indirectly. Stock trading is the part of stock, their capitalization not as much as forex overall but in this finance industry, you can be rich through stock but in long term like 3-5 years.

Can no deposit free money help you achieve success on forex ?
pepy replied to kaito kid's topic in Forex Newbies
That is the right point and by use small capital i am sure we will grow if we able to carefully trade. Making less mistake and keep making profit is something that you should do, but have a good start means that you may be a better trader in future, but the real one who decide it is not the start but the process and that is you as trader. -
Maybe they don't want to take this business is serious, and this is why i said that regulation is important, a strict and strong regulator will ask for fees to be regulated for one year. If a broker into the list it is one step from becoming a serious broker. The scalping problem mostly comes from dealing desk broker.

Robots vs Manual trading are never ending debate and what i think here is right now, it is better to take advantage from those both. With robot trading we can make trading more effective yet efficient at the same time, but human have better control so when i trade with bigger amount of money i will prefer to trade manually, and with smaller amount of bucks i prefer robots to do the same thing, but that robot must be a enterprise grade robot with more accuracy, like up to 90%.

What do you mean rapid success? You mean a rapid continuous profitable trading? If that is the case then that is possible but something like that to be happen is unnatural i mean like 3-4 days. Maybe if you are a god who can sense something in future and normal even for experienced one doesn't make rapid success. All their success story start with smart money management, an accurate analysis, and through the fire and the flames.

Why Demo Account Performance Is Often Better Than Real Account Performance?
pepy replied to abdulla1's topic in Forex Newbies
But in the end that is just a perspective so it doesn't matter at all. But for them that is a matter and it's proven that they are getting better when trade in demo account without any risk of losing their money, rather than when they trade in real account where they lose much of their capital because of fear and greediness. -
It is clear as crystal. The meaning behind of his post is that worthy? Well that is depend. AI is intelligence and it may works well for robot that you are using. Supplement? Well that's maybe the case but if one day robot reached its height it may replace human because it doesn't have emotions and can work for 24 hours non stop.

Regulation, Do this really important for broker?
pepy replied to myregister's topic in Forex Newbies
I agree with you, a reputable regulator such as ASIC or CFTC or FINMA will give some kind of credibility to the broker that we joined. Also regulator is so much helpful and if we have problem with the broker because of that broker's fault we can easily win the case, and the fine for a naughty broker is pretty much big on that regulators, so a broker who just want to cause a chaos or scamming us should think twice. -
Sure loss is natural but still i don't like to lose and i am sure that you also don't like to lose your money, it is painful to see that minus. As for the risk which thread starter here want to eliminate is something impossible, risk will always be exist in Forex and it will be like that seems like forever and that is what make foreign exchange as interesting field.

LOL yes money is everything, that is the only thing Forex know. No matter how good you are when doing analysis you still need money as the starting point and for the continuation of your career as Forex trader. Forex also is good for someone who want to embrace the risk and love to trade despite all the risk it has, so don't be afraid with it.

Do not ever take a big risk if we are not able to do so
pepy replied to rizal83's topic in Forex Newbies
It is true that we shouldn't take a risk for something that we cannot take, one of the most important part the promises which forex had is actually good for our dream, it stimulates our motivation to earn more. Back to the risk, it is present in Forex, right? That is why we should embrace the risk and think it as the part of our life in Forex. -
For the long term trading i think that for each newbies should understand the fact that long term trading will be bring more chance to make money but also chance to lose. We are trying to avoid this discussion because of the want to think that long term is okay for anyone, but that is not since each trader have their own version of what is a good strategy or not.

Nothing bad from mentoring in fact i also feel that mentoring is a good idea to certain extent, what it may limited for you is how they will limit yourself when you want to make another free thing which is not really looks a like the current material you lean but once again that is depend on the trader itself, not all are bad especially the one with full experience.
