    From my end here, i can open the site swiftly. my thought when i saw the name of this program is that they are making money from google adsense, or are somehow related to google conglomerates! They are violating the brand of google adsense. Well i will skip them.

    Yes, before you get accepted into this program, you need to have an authorative blog and you need to have around google pagerank 2 or more. The more the merry. So if you have a paid blog you can take a goal with this one. They only pay via paypal.

    No. I don't think that anyone is making money from this site in here. I don't even think it is still active unless i see one or two members who has recent payment post- up to date payment- then i can think if it is paying or not.
